These programs place one of our fulltime technicians at your location on a regularly scheduled  basis, i.e. daily, semi-weekly or weekly.  With this account management program you will receive high priority service such as same day Response and friendly telephone support.  Have the peace of mind to focus on what you do best while we take responsibility for your network.

Free onsite consultations.
We'll visit your office(s), study your existing system's capabilities, consult with you to understand your specific  needs and deliver a written proposal with in a few days.  Our recommendations will be designed to improve your Local and Wide Area networks and reduce your total IT expenditure.

Professional Account Management This means that we monitor your network and take responsibility for all technical maintenance, support and repairs.  A senior technician will regularly monitor each of your servers remotely to maintain your network at peak performance and security.  You will also also benefit from the full range of expertise from other Sky Team members. We will maintain Complete System Documentation to keep you organized.

Helpful Technician  One of our team members will be assigned to regularly visit your location to provide Administrative Maintenance for the workstations and assist each user technical issues.  We then stay in touch with you to see how things are going, and provide friendly telephone support when your firm has technical questions. Part of every technicians job is to continually provide Honest Advice to save you money!

Same Day On-Demand & Emergency Response We will give you our highest priority service and respond quickly to reduce your downtime. In most cases, one of us will arrive at your location within 4 hours of your request. If service request is made after 4:00 pm.  response with be no later then 10:00 am then following work day

*Terms:
  1. To qualify for the discounted rates scheduled times are required to be arranged for a minimum of 1 month in advance, with the [generally] the same day of the week and times in the day.
  2. Continuous additional time requested or required by the client after a scheduled Service  Call will be billed at the same discounted price.
  3. Requests for Service calls outside the scheduled days or times including weekends will be considered "On-demand Service" and billed at those rates without discounts.
  4. A minimum number of scheduled hours (8,16 or 24 hours per month) are required to remain qualified for discounts.
Preventive and Administrative Maintenance
These services include remedial and preventive maintenance as well as back-up supervision. With each visit an extensive list of tasks are performed and systems are monitored, including, but not limited to:
  • Server logs
  • Error logs
  • Firewall logs
  • System events
  • Connectivity failures
  • Backup systems
  • Printer systems
  • Drive performance and mapping
  • Internet/Intranet performance
  • Remote access/synchronization
  • Email administration
  • Public/shared folders
  • Hub/switch/router traffic
  • Cable and power supply
  • DSL/T1/ISDN/Dial-up connection
  • Disk Storage capacity
  • Software application revisions
  • Virus protection
On-Demand Services
While Preventive Maintenance Services maintain your network at peak performance, On-Demand Services Include telephone support, emergency remote access and unscheduled onsite service.

Terms of Service
-Prior one month relationship required and a "relatively" stable network
-Minimum billing is for scheduled service and excludes the printer support, training, coaching, data cabling and other specialized services.
-Customer reserves the right to cancel agreement at any time.  (All  work completed, including both preventive and on-demand services until the point of cancellation will be .
-Labor billing does not include parts
-Service available in the Los Angeles area only, and subject to approval
-Printer Services and Data Cabling are not included in this agreement
