GUARANTEE

Midwest Center offers a 30-day money-back guarantee (not including shipping & handling charges to and from customer). For up to 30 days from shipment, if you are not satisfied, return the product to Midwest Center. We recommend you phone us inside the 30 days for specific return instructions. The 30-day guarantee may not be available if Program was purchased from a third party. Contact the vendor from whom the product was purchased concerning their guarantee policy. Returned product and packaging must be complete, undamaged and in original condition, otherwise refunds may be prorated or forfeited at Midwest Centers’ discretion.

LIMITED WARRANTY

 Midwest Center for Stress and Anxiety, Inc. (Midwest Center) programs carry a limited warranty against defects in manufacturing for one year from the date of purchase. Products under warranty shall be exchanged for replacement product only. No money shall be refunded after the guarantee period. If Programs were not purchased directly from Midwest Center, contact the vendor from whom the product was purchased concerning their warranty policy. THE PRODUCT, PACKAGING & LITERATURE ("PRODUCT") ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS. EXCEPT FOR THE LIMITED WARRANTY SPECIFIED HEREIN, MIDWEST CENTER MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, WITH RESPECT TO PRODUCT AND EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT IN NO WAY LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT SHALL MIDWEST CENTER BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN CONNECTION WITH OR ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR MISUSE OF PRODUCT, OR FOR ANY AMOUNT IN EXCESS OF THE PRODUCT’S PURCHASE PRICE.
